What are the National Innovation Games?
National Innovation Games bring together invited small to medium organisations and businesses (SMBs), large corporations and their employees with emerging talent, PhDs, and government and industry specialists to collaborate on new ideas and concepts that organisations and businesses can take away and implement.
The National Innovation Games is co-funded by the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources and is delivered by Paddl in partnership with the Council of Small Business Organisations of Australia.
This is an Australian Government initiative to drive sustainability, innovation, digital skills, cross-functional industry collaboration and boost jobs.
Multi-disciplinary teams brainstorm and develop practical solutions for the participating businesses, pitching their ideas to a judging panel for prizes! Solutions must be practical, scalable, implementable and designed to benefit the community.
Business owners, employees and emerging talent also have access to a 15-minute one-on-one Mentor Booth with an industry professional.
If you are unable to attend in person at the Adelaide Town Hall there is also an option to attend virtually, joining from anywhere. We would love to get you and/or your employees involved or anyone else you think may be interested!
It is a great opportunity for participating businesses to upskill on innovation, sustainability and network.
These Games are co-sponsored by the South Australian Department for Innovation and Skills, Department of Environment & Water, Green Industries SA, Flinders University, TAFE SA, Holiday Trading, Acler, City of Adelaide and Imageworks Consulting, who will also be attending.
